A Little About Me
I’m Georgie Blackman - a Paramedic, Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist-in-training.
After more than a decade working on the frontline, I witnessed how stress, burnout, and unhealthy coping habits can quietly erode both the body and the mind.
My own turning point came in 2024, when I chose sobriety and began rebuilding my life from the inside out - a decision born from a desire for freedom, inner peace, and deep personal transcendence.
Through my own therapy journey - filled with hypnosis, CBT techniques, and neuro-linguistic practices - I discovered just how powerful the mind truly is. That process inspired me to retrain in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, combining evidence-based psychology with modern coaching to help others create lasting transformation rooted in love, connection, and self-leadership.
I believe transformation doesn’t start with a huge leap; it starts with one small decision to pause, breathe, and choose differently.
Inner Strength & Relaxation Hypnosis
This short hypnosis recording is designed to:
-
Help your mind and body release tension and reset
-
Strengthen your ability to stay calm and steady under pressure
-
Build psychological flexibility - so you can respond to life rather than react to it
-
Support creativity, focus, and inner clarity
You don’t need to “do” anything - just find a quiet space, close your eyes, and allow the words to guide you back to stillness.
With practice, you’ll start to notice how quickly your mind remembers how to return to calm.
