This 1:1 relaxation session is a gentle yet powerful space to slow your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and allow yourself to truly rest.

Together, we begin with a calm, supportive conversation to explore what’s been creating tension, busyness, or overwhelm in your life and why your body and mind are craving rest right now. Rather than teaching or instructing, I guide you to understand your own stress patterns and recognise what your system needs to feel safe, supported, and calm.
