Who is this Workshop for?

This workshop is designed for individuals and teams who are experiencing high levels of stress, mental load, fatigue, or burnout, and want practical tools to feel calmer, more focused, and better regulated in everyday working life.

It is suitable for:

  • Office-based teams

  • Healthcare, care and education staff

  • High-pressure or people-facing roles

  • Professionals juggling performance, workload, and responsibility

No prior experience of breathwork or relaxation techniques is required.

Many people operate in a constant state of stress without realising it. Over time, this can lead to:

  • Reduced focus and productivity

  • Increased fatigue and emotional reactivity

  • Difficulty switching off or recovering properly

  • Burnout, anxiety, and sleep disruption

Most people are told to “manage stress” but are rarely given practical, usable tools that work in real life.

What's Included?

This tailored workshop combines SOMA Breath® inspired breathwork with hypnotherapy-based relaxation techniques to help participants shift out of stress and into a calmer, more regulated state.

The session includes:

  • A brief, accessible explanation of stress and the nervous system

  • Guided breathwork practices to release tension andcalm the body

  • Gentle somatic awareness to support physical relaxation

  • A deeply relaxing, hypnotherapy-informed guided relaxation to support lasting change

  • Practical tools participants can use during the workday

The session is experiential, supportive, and grounded - not overwhelming or physically intense.

After the session, participants typically report:

  • Feeling calmer and more settled

  • Improved mental clarity and focus

  • Reduced physical tension

  • A greater sense of emotional regulation

  • Simple techniques they can use independently to manage stress

For organisations, this supports:

  • Improved wellbeing and morale

  • Better stress resilience

  • Reduced burnout risk

  • Improved engagement and presence at work

Breathwork directly influences the nervous system, helping the body move

out of stress responses and into a state of rest and regulation.

By combining breath-based practices with hypnotherapy-informed relaxation, this workshop not only creates an immediate sense of calm but also helps reinforce new patterns of relaxation and self-regulation.

The approach is practical, evidence-informed, and designed to work within the realities of busy professional lives.
