This 1:1 relaxation session is a gentle yet powerful space to slow your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and allow yourself to truly rest. Together, we begin with a calm, supportive conversation to explore what’s been creating tension, busyness, or overwhelm in your life and why your body and mind are craving rest right now. Rather than teaching or instructing, I guide you to understand your own stress patterns and recognise what your system needs to feel safe, supported, and calm. From there, you’ll be guided through a blend of: - Gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system - Tension-release and body-based relaxation practices - Guided hypnosis to deepen relaxation and quiet the mind - Rest and integration, allowing your body to absorb the benefits and reconnect with a sense of ease These sessions are designed to help you move out of “doing mode” and into deep rest, presence, and connection with your body; something many of us rarely allow ourselves. This session is about creating the conditions for calm, clarity, and regulation to naturally return. ✨ Ideal if you’re feeling: - Overstimulated, anxious, or constantly switched on - Mentally busy or emotionally drained - Disconnected from your body or struggling to rest - In need of a safe, soothing reset Sessions are held online, making it easy to relax in your own space.
