SOMA Breath Session 🌬️ 📍 Sunfyr Barns, Norwich, NR14 7 🗓 13th April 2026 💷 £12.50 A guided breathwork session designed to help you reset both body and mind through rhythm, sound and controlled breathing patterns. Your breath is something you do every moment of every day. Around 20,000 times a day in fact. But most of the time we do it unconsciously, often shallow and irregular, especially when stress, busy schedules and modern life take over. When you start to work with the breath intentionally, things begin to change. In SOMA Breath sessions we use conscious connected breathing to music and breath holds to gently train the respiratory system and influence the body’s physiology. These techniques can help: • Improve breathing efficiency and oxygen delivery • Activate and train the body’s stress response in a safe, controlled way • Build resilience through intermittent hypoxia • Support nervous system regulation • Improve focus, energy and mental clarity In this class we treat breathing as a skill to practise, not just something that happens automatically. Through guided breathwork, music and rhythm, the breath becomes a powerful tool to help reset the body and mind. Join me for a SOMA Breath with an added benefit of individual headsets for an immersive session and experience what your breath is capable of. Whilst SOMA is generally safe, breath holds should not be practiced if you have: • Epilepsy or seizure disorders • Pregnancy in the third trimester • Serious heart conditions • A pacemaker • A recent heart attack You are always encouraged to listen to your body, reduce intensity, or skip breath holds at any time.
