Service Description
📍 Lound Village Hall 🗓 Monthly Thursday’s ⏰ 7:00 – 8:30 pm 💷 £20 This is a calm 90-minute space to switch off, breathe properly, and give your mind and body a break from the noise of everyday life. A gentle, structured session combining: • Guided breathwork to support nervous system regulation • Hypnosis-based relaxation and self-belief work • A soothing sound bath This space offers an opportunity to unwind, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself at a comfortable, unhurried pace. The session is suitable for everyone, with or without previous experience — all practices are guided and accessible. Comfort is important for this session. Please bring a mat, pillows, blankets, and wear something comfortable. Extra padding can really support relaxation and enhance the experience. We also have a small number of spare mats and blankets available if needed. If you’ve been feeling stretched, distracted, or running on autopilot, this evening will help you settle and leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and ready for a good night’s sleep.
