Through Pilates, immersive SOMA Breathwork and a refreshing NuGlow smoothie, we'll help you calm your nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected. We're so excited to be returning to the beach, making the most of the sea air, sunrise and beautiful surroundings for another truly special session. 🌊✨ 🌿 Pilates with Simone - A gentle yet effective Pilates session designed to improve mobility, build strength, release tension and prepare both body and mind for the evening ahead. 🌬️ Immersive SOMA Breathwork with Georgie Blackman Using guided breathwork, music and wireless headsets, this powerful yet accessible practice helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, increase focus and create a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing. 🥤 A Delicious NuGlow Smoothie Nourish your body with a refreshing smoothie packed with goodness as you soak up the atmosphere and connect with others. 🌸 Space to Slow Down, Reset & Reconnect Take time away from the demands of daily life, enjoy the beauty of the beach and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more restored. Come as you are… leave feeling lighter, calmer and restored. 🫶🏻 Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow. Even with the warm weather, please bring extra layers for the breeze. Parking: Parking is available at either of the Cliff Road car parks, Kirkley Cliff Road, or at the end of Kensington Gardens just before CEFAS. From there, head down to the beachfront and walk towards the blue beach huts.
