Monthly Updates: March 2026- Spring...The Season of Clearing

February was full š.
There has been growth. New sessions. Conversations. Planning. Momentum building behind the scenes. I completed Stage 2 of my Hypno CBT diploma which feels like a big milestone š„³ Only the final stage now remains along with the case studies and essays.
If I am honest, I thought I would be further ahead by now. I had imagined I would be almost finished at this point however, instead, I have been splitting my time between breathwork sessions, event planning, learning, teaching and building the business in real time.
On reflection, I'm pleased that its panning out this way as the skills are not sitting in theory. They are being used. Every workshop. Every session. Every conversation. It might not be the timeline I pictured, but it is integrated and that feels good.Ā
As we step into March, I can feel the shift towards spring.
The Spring Equinox lands on the 20th with equal light and dark, a natural balancing point before everything moves into full growth mode....Yay! After the amount of rain we've had this winter I think we are all more than ready for the sun to get his hat on and give us a decent dose of vitamin D š. I can definatley feel that collective longing for warmth and light. With my knowledge expanding and my desire to move with nature and the natural cycles and rhythms I am welcoming a new practice this spring. Clear first. Then grow. So from the 2nd of March I am starting a Spring Clean which includes a gentle liver cleanse inspired by Breathpodās spring reset. I am not sharing the full breakdown because that is Stuartās work, but I am very intrigued by the principle and its something I've never done before.
The liver processes everything. Hormones. Stress chemicals. Medication. Food. Environmental toxins. It works constantly in the background.
Ā
In traditional Eastern medicine, the liver is also associated with emotional flow, particularly frustration and stored tension.
Spring is about movement, so this month I am consciously supporting my body to process and clear. More hydration and simpler meals thanks to my wonderful husband Nat and daily breathwork so I can create space physically and energetically for what's to come.

We are also already in Mercury retrograde, which began on the 26th of February and runs until the 20th of March.
Astronomically, this is when Mercury appears to move backwards from our perspective on Earth. It is an optical illusion created by orbital mechanics.
Astrologically, it is associated with review, reflection and refining communication.
Whether you see it as symbolic or scientific, the timing feels interesting.
Retrograde through the build up to the Equinox perhaps highlighting the need for reflection before growth, revisit before expansion...
February showed me that growth is happening. March feels like the month to clear space so that growth can really start to move forward with momentum for 2026.
A simple learning from this reflection.
Ā
Clearing creates capacity.
Every time you simplify or streamline something, whether that is your schedule, your food, your habits or your thinking, you create room for something stronger to build.

What am I ready to process rather than carry?
Where have I grown in February even if it felt quiet?
What would clearing space look like for me this month?
How can I move towards growth in a steady way?

As we move deeper into March, I am choosing steadiness over urgency and awareness over autopilot, returning again to my words for the year, patience, acceptance and faith. Growth is happening...
I am also really excited to have officially launched my workplace wellness programme, Breathe it Out. This offering is designed to support teams with practical tools for stress regulation, nervous system balance and sustainable energy in real working environments. It can be delivered as a one off wellbeing session, part of a staff development day, or integrated into ongoing wellbeing support for teams who want consistent, practical strategies their staff can actually use.
If you feel your workplace or team would benefit from something like this, you can find more information here.
If you are clearing something this month, simplifying something or choosing differently, know that it counts. Small shifts build strong foundations.
Thank you for being here and walking this crazy journey with me. I truly value the support and energy you bring to it āØ.
Much love,
Georgie x
